Our Story

Meraki Muse was founded in 2012 by musician Samantha Craig. After the initial launch in July 2012, Meraki Muse focused on teaching and performing music. During this time, our director, Samantha, completed her Bachelor of Music at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts and her Masters of Music Therapy at the University of Melbourne.

2021 was the year for Meraki Muse to stand up and be noticed. As a company, we had the opportunity to dive deep into the world of not only music but also therapy. From the very beginning, we have been driven to provide opportunities for people to express themselves through music. It was, and remains, an integral part of Meraki Muse philosophy; we are out in the community providing free resources, education and most importantly, a chance to give music a go.
